Through design review meetings, detailed CAD drawings, product presentations and showroom and stone yard visits when you’d like, we’ll suggest the ideal products for your design concept, your budget and your schedule. DC Tile Gallery can coordinate with your construction team and other subs throughout the process, meeting weekly to ensure a smooth process and address any issues that arise.

 If design and delivery of the perfect tile are all you need, we’ll follow through to make sure everything goes as planned.

Project Management

To ensure you have a great experience with your project, we’ll be beside you every step of the way. Our comprehensive project management services include developing detailed product specifications for your stone and tile selections, a thorough project site review, pricing and ordering materials, and coordinating delivery of materials to the job site and/or fabrication shop. To keep everything on track, we can facilitate frequent meetings with you and your team. These services are provided at no charge to all clients who purchase product from DC Tile Gallery.

Installation Management

Making sure the perfect tile and stone are installed to your exact specifications is the focus of our installation management services. We’ll be with you from day one all the way through installation and inspection. We can assist you with selection of the installation team best-suited for your project. Next, we’ll do a project walk-through with your team and the installer, providing detailed installation drawings and product specifications. Think of DC Tile Gallery as your eyes and ears on the project. We offer daily job site inspections, oversee site meetings, develop stone and tile punch lists, verify slab layouts during installation and manage a final project walk-through upon completion.
